Security is foundational to how we build AdMirror. Because our platform handles personal photos and campaign data, we hold ourselves to a high bar for protecting the information you trust us with.
1. Infrastructure Security
- All data in transit is encrypted using industry-standard TLS.
- Application infrastructure runs on reputable cloud providers with strong physical and network security controls.
- Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel and protected by multi-factor authentication.
- We continuously monitor our systems for unusual activity and apply security patches promptly.
2. Data Protection
- Photos uploaded for personalized creative generation are processed for the limited purpose you requested and are not used for unrelated purposes.
- Uploaded images are retained only for the minimum period needed to produce and deliver a creative, then removed from active storage.
- Access to stored data is limited to systems and personnel that need it to operate the platform.
3. Access Control
- Internal access to customer data follows the principle of least privilege.
- Administrative actions on the platform require authentication, and admin sessions are protected accordingly.
- We periodically review access permissions to ensure they remain appropriate.
4. Responsible Disclosure
If you believe you have discovered a security vulnerability in AdMirror, we want to hear from you.
- Report the issue to us with enough detail to reproduce it, and avoid accessing or modifying data that isn't yours.
- Give us a reasonable amount of time to investigate and address the issue before any public disclosure.
- We will acknowledge your report and keep you informed as we work toward a resolution.
5. Your Role in Security
- Keep any admin credentials confidential and use a strong, unique password.
- Only upload photos you have the right and consent to use.
- Report any suspected unauthorized access to your account or data immediately.
